My custom consultations generate a lot of recommendations, and I can help you help you implement them! Today's busy families often don't have the time or expertise to make all of the changes that are recommended - that's where I come in. Available in either half day or full day packages -- I will guide you on the best package based on your home's individual needs. I also recommend that we coordinate this day with the timing of your professional photo shoot of your home.
Here's how my process works:
1. After the On Site Consultation, I'll send you my contract and photo release form, and you can review and pay electronically.
2. We'll then schedule your Staging Day, and I'll send you your list of preparations.
3. Before Staging Day, you'll be sure to do the following to prepare for the staging:
Paint (or have painted) any rooms or areas that you wish to change.
Do a heavy-duty cleaning of all rooms in your home to ensure the best presentation possible (or hire a service).
Make any necessary repairs or changes that would affect our Staging Day.
Remove any furniture that you agreed to remove during the Staging Consult..
Perform the "pre-packing"steps that were outlined in the Staging Consult report.
Do any accessory shopping to refresh the accessories, linens and pillows that were outlined in our Staging Consult report, or better yet, have me do it!
Having these items done beforehand is really important to having productive Staging Day. Any preparations that aren't taken care of before Staging Day may result in additional hourly charges.
4. We'll be sure to arrange to photograph your house shortly after the Staging Day is complete so that we capture your property in it's best possible light!
